But to answer your question, if you can’t install it normally via Plugins -> Add New -> Upload and you have to upload it via FTP, just unzip the archive and upload the whole 301-redirects forder inside wp-content/plugins so that you end up with wp-content/plugins/301-redirects/
Once you have finished and imported your old redirects if needed you can delete the eps-301-redirect directory or remove the free plugin from the Plugins page.
