With WordPress-core 6.5 and beyond, opening angle brackets are being converted from “<” to “<” in Post titles. I have confirmed that it is not our theme because I have tested this in other themes as well as older WordPress versions. This is a WordPress bug.
Example:<em>Post Title Example</em> is being converted to:<em>Post Title Example</em>
