There has been a critical error on this website.
First, make sure you are using 1.6.53. The version right before that had an issue with PHP 7 (it was working only for PHP 8).

This is either OpenAI being under a lot of stress, or if it always happens, it means your are maybe in a country where your host is not allowed to access OpenAI servers.
