Updated to 6.4, deceptive site ahead in Chrome only on Admin page

Hi all,

I updated WordPress to version 6.4 today.

After that, when i use Chrome I receive the red “deceptive site ahead” error when visiting the Admin page/Dashboard at “https://mydomain.com/wp-admin/index.php” and no other admin page.
Note that this only occurs on Chrome and not Edge. Edge is happy with it.
and the page was ok prior to the update

SSL cert if valid and up to date

any ideas?
