Updated to latest WP version and now the wp-admin is slow, why?

Hi, I have updated from version 5.x to the latest 6.x dont remember now. And from php 7.2 to 8.2 … but now wp-admin is too slow, what things should I look in this case?
Im a fullstack developer and I have setup the full server on aws and moved the old configurations there, but there must be something else..

  1. What server resources do you have available? Free memory? What plugins are you running? What is showing in Tools > Site Health?
