Hi thanks I was using wpmanage to update the plugin today and it said it had a critical error.
So I then went to the site and could view the site but when I logged into admin I received that message and could not view the admin. I had not done anything else.
I uploaded that version you sent the link to and it is fixed again except for saying that it needs updating.
I tested by switching users to make sure it was working as it should and it was with this version.
@nanny7 Thanks for the report. Version 2.9.1 is available now and that has the official version of this fix.
I’ll close this ticket now. Please re-open if you see any problems after upgrading to 2.9.1.
