Hi all, I have a WordPress (hosted by Bluehost) blog that’s about 8 months old. Somehow, my auto updates stopped and now I have to manually start the updates (for world press and plugins). However, whenever I try to update, the website screen turns to a maintenance screen, and it appears locked in it indefinitely until I close out and reopen WordPress. And then no updates actually process. Has anyone encountered this and a fix? Thanks!

Sounds like a plugin is crashing during the update process. Enable debugging.
