Upload photo, OCR it and save the details on a database

Hello guys

I need some guidance. I want to create my own stock list (for personal use, I don’t want/need to sell) to add HDD stock.

The idea should be: scan the HDD label, OCR it and save the details, like model, serial, etc on a database together with the HDD photo.

Do you have any ideas?
