You cannot upload images to this site directory.
Just put the PUBLIC Google Photos or Dropbox link in your post: the developer will click the link to view the image wherever it’s hosted.
The image feature here only accepts actual image URLs (typically ending in .jpg, .png, .gif, etc.). Those services you mentioned give URLs to web pages on their site where the image is hosted, and not the direct image link. That’s why these links don’t work.
