That WooCommerce can handle uploading a large number of products is proven, but it is not clear why one would want to open so many products simultaneously. Can you kindly clarify your query a bit so we can address your concern better?

It is certainly possible to open the same product at different locations simultaneously, and also many products at the same time. In this regard you would need to make sure that your server capacity allows that. It would be best if you can get in touch with your hosting provider to discuss your requirements and they can suggest which hosting plan may be best suited for you.
