hi, i’ve been trying to find a way to make a contact form where it’s possible for the user to attach several files to upload and then select attributes to EACH uploaded file through dropdown lists and number fields. so once the message is submitted I receive something like this:

pic1.jpg / “option from ddl”, “number written by the user”
pic2.jpg / “option from ddl”, “number written by the user”
i’ve looked through ninjaforms, gravity forms and other form plugins without any luck.
