I am writing to urgently address significant concerns with the current state of the CusRev plugin. As a premium user, there are critical issues in your services that require your immediate attention and resolution:
- Language Settings: I have encountered an issue with saving email templates in the desired language, specifically German. Despite my efforts, these templates frequently load in English, not German, undermining the customization experience and causing user dissatisfaction. Notably, the option to modify language settings in the WordPress settings under reminder, as indicated in this support article, “https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000635900-advanced-email-templates-not-working“, is no longer available. It’s disconcerting that a feature essential to enhancing user experience is omitted in recent updates.
- Test Email Accuracy: I’ve noticed that the test emails generated from the WordPress backend use the outdated templates from when I was using the free version of your plugin. This discrepancy fails to reflect the customization made through the CusRev dashboard in the premium version and creates a need for a more accurate representation of the final email content in test emails.
- Limited Hyperlink Functionality: As a premium user, the functionality provided for creating templates with advanced settings on your website is appreciable. However, it lacks some trivial yet essential features like adding a hyperlink conveniently, which were available in the Gutenberg editor when using the free version of the plugin via WordPress. This deficiency restricts creative possibilities and undermines the enhanced experience expected from a premium subscription.
I kindly request that the development team promptly address these concerns. Open communication, timely updates, and a steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction are pivotal to the long-term success of the CusRev plugin. Please take immediate action to enhance functionality and support, ensuring a seamless user experience.
