Not, there’s no default value provided by Insert Headers And Footers.
It might be possible that you installed this plugin in the past, added a script in the header section through it, and deleted it without deleting the script.
Upon reinstalling the plugin, your script reappears in the header section, giving the impression it’s a default script, which it isn’t. 🙂
Regrettably, there’s nothing we can do in this situation.
