So, I am trying to go to my wordpress admin panel from my hosting service directly, It does not open it it says ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
This is on my laptop, then when i log into the hosting provider on my phone, it opens the site and the panel without a problem.
What do I do?

Maybe cookies? Try guest mode or another browser.
