Urgent help: how do i create a drop down text box like this

Example of what I need

Trying to create a drop down team page where if i click read more or + my management team bio will appear in a text box drop down or pop up. Any ideas on how this can be done on wordpress? Are there existing plug ins or themes? Currently using elementer for my wordpress.

Definitely dont want it to respond to a hover. Need it to click to drop down or click to pop up.
