Urgent help: layout question!

Any sort of help is appreciated.

So I have this idea, I’m just not sure how to execute on WordPress. I have about 5 forms on GitHub and I want to put those forms on WordPress. What I’d like to do is have a password protected/login page. Once the person logs in. They get a prompt asking them what form/service they’re looking for. They select one from a drop down list. Whichever one they select, it will display on the page. It will display on the same page without reloading. Putting the forms on WordPress isn’t the problem. I’m just not sure how to execute the dynamic aspect of it. Do I need to code it? Use a specific plugin?

Please let me know.

  1. If you don’t need to use the forms on GitHub, you could do that with a combination of plugins – you have a number of contact form plugins, and you could combine it with a membership plugin to restrict the access to certain areas of website (all the pages with contact forms).

If you need to use the code on GitHub, then you’d need a custom solution.
