Please Help. I need help restoring a website after renewing a plan. Every time I try clicking Jetpack Backup and reconnect Jetpack, it doesn’t work. The backup page doesn’t show and it take me to the setting page. Does anyone know this happens? Please Help the deadline for this website is January 1st. I need it restored ASAP so I can finish it.

Are you using wordpress.com? What do you see of your website now, is it blank? I recommend contacting support.
