Hello,
I have the Insert PHP Code Snippet plugin (V 1.3.3) installed, and it works perfectly fine. Within one of its custom code snippets, I have a code that creates a URL to a category with an author filter.
When Yoast SEO is active, this URL is redirected to the homepage, whereas if I deactivate Yoast SEO, the redirection works correctly.
