“Order on WhatsApp for WooCommerce” is a commercial plugin and, unfortunately, we cannot ensure compatibility with commercial plugins, simply because we would also need to buy the plugin for testing.
On the other hand the Multi-Step Checkout plugin is open-source, freely available for testing or for production use. You could try contacting the support team for the “Order on WhatsApp for WooCommerce” to see what is wrong with the steps in the popup.
I’ll close this support topic now, as, unfortunately, we cannot do anything on our side.
