use my own pdf file as the template to create the new pdf

thanks for providing this great plugin!

We are going to build a system to replace the traditional form submission.
We have an existing PDF file, some fields will be filled by the clients.
Usually, we will print out the PDF file and let the clients to fill and sign, then we scan and save it as the final PDF file.

Do you think we could use your plugin to achieve this?
Is it possible to use an existing PDF file as the template?
