I have recently transferred a website to another host that was first built on Siteground, with all SG Optimizer settings on, including Dynamic Caching, which is something that only works on Siteground. Fair enough, but the toggle remains in the on position while on the other host, and when I try turn it off it says this function only works on SiteGround. I know this, so I would like to turn it off, but it won’t let me. This is subsequently causing some weird issues with logging in.
Now when I disable/delete SG Optimizer the login issues go away, but when I re-install it, the same old settings remain. This suggests old settings have been saved in the database, but I can’t seem to find them in the database in order to delete them permanently.
So, the question is, how can I re-install SG Optimizer on this site as if it has never been used on this site before and start configuration from scratch for use on another host?
