Used Local to build, now constant issues getting my .Org site up & running.

Hey all.
I’ve never built a WordPress.org website before so I looked online and Local (the program to help run WP Admin on your computer) was suggested.

I downloaded it. I used it. My site is fully built and ready to go. And every damn time I try to sign up for hosting and get it migrated to hosting, it fails and they ask me what the previous site was.

There was no previous site. It was built on Local, that’s it. What am I not understanding and why has it been a source of confusion even for Flywheel reps (the people affiliated with WP-Engine, the MAKER of Local)?

I’m started to get super frustrated and this will be my last attempt at using WordPress.org for a site — If I can’t get this figured out I will literally never do this again. This has *not* been worth it.
