Click on “Current Projects” for login link.
After login (you are on Client Portal page), click “Demo Questionnaire” link.
I’m just getting started slapping together this web site, and found that this link works from a web browser running on a PC, but on the same browser (Chrome) running on a smartphone, it does not. The user information is obviously not getting submitted because the 404 is due to a lack of permissions (which I gave only to logged-in users).
The plugin from PublishPress called Permissions was used to setup the permissions on both of these pages (landing and linked), but they say to check here for support.
