Hello everyone,
So a week back I gave admin access to a team to rebuild my website and an estore to go along with the main site.
I created a single admin account. I then got email from wordpress that a second account was created. The company then told me that I cannot delete the user I created as this will erase the content they created for the now finished site. Is this true?
Also, the second user that was created by the content company, I’m unable to verify If it has been deleted. On the dashboard -> user, I see it highlights that there are 3 users but only 2 displays. One being my account and the other being the one I created for which they told me can’t be deleted. Is there a way to see if I’m being blocked from seeing the other created account?
