I have been scouring all the available plugins I could find but haven’t found a solution to my problem yet and was hopeful someone on here would know of either a plugin or a suggestion on how to accomplish what I’m seeking to do.
1. Our site contains confidential information and documents we want only approved users to be able to see and download. We plan to put thios info and downloads on a custom post type that lets us add the access type needed to see the post.
2. We want to be able to approve the users and give them certain types of access before they can view any of these confidential posts. There will be 4 types of access and users can be assigned any one (or multiple) of these types.
3. Only users with the access level noted on a post will be able to see that post and be able to access the downloads associated with this post. Such documents would be pdf files, xlsx files, etc.
4. I would like to know all the activity that user has when logged in, from what posts they viewed, to what documents they downloaded, with a log providing time/date of said view/download. I would also like to know when the last time this person logged into our site as well.
Possibly this is several plugins or maybe its a custom thing I need to have built. Either way your help is greatly appreciated.
