Hi, newbie question.
I searched and couldn’t narrow down the results to what I wanted, so if someone could perhaps advise about additional jargon, I would much appreciate it. Below is the situation.
I help run a website where we have membership and subscriptions, and I have WP Activity Log sending me daily emails about user logins, failed logins, etc.
Recently I have noticed the number of users logging daily has gone up like 10x. I checked and it’s not like we have an increase in signups, so I figured it should be something else. I got in touch with one of the users I know personally and they confirmed that they have been having to log in daily, sometimes more than once a day, despite ticking “remember me” before hitting “login.”
That is not the experience of those of us on the team running things. Where to begin to look? Thanks in advance.
