i am trying to input images that when you hover over them the image has an overlay and an title and caption appear. I would be able to do this with CSS but the advanced CSS tool doesn't let you reference other elements? so i cannot create a title and caption. Preferably this would be in the gallery option with captions that appear when you hover. has anyone done this before? is there a free plugin that will perform this in a professional way
