Using graphics from Canva for clients website.

I have a paid membership, and I use generic images from Canva or I'll take images from Canva and edit them just adding shapes here and there on images, and also using graphics, removing background and etc.

I know there's a gray line sometimes, I want to hear from someone who builds sites what's your take on it?

Because if client doesn't provide content at times, I'm using Canva, what would be the ideal way?
