Hey everyone, so I started to learn about WooCommerce and how to build an e-commerce website for small businesses, nothing complex, just the basic products, cart and payment. I’m a complete noob with e-commerce stuff.
**QUESTIONS:**
1. If I wanted to freelance, and build an e-commerce website for a business that is NOT in the list that WooCommerce payments supports, how do I go about building an e-commerce site using WordPress + WooCommerce?
WooCommerce List:

2. Let’s say I wanted to build an e-commerce site for a small hardware store that’s sells only for customers in Guatemala or Colombia? Will WooCommerce work?
3. What about the payment methods? Ive heard about Stripe, PayPal besides credit cards. Do all work on all countries or just a selected few?
4. I you where to build a small basic e-commerce store for a small business with 30 products, what would you selected plugins and steps be?

I’m just confused about payment methods, WooCommerce and if it works on all countries.
Thanks.

WooCommerce itself doesn’t care where you are located. The issue is getting a payment processor that works in your specific country.

There is no mainstream payment processor that works in every country in the world. There are a number of reasons for why this is. The primary reason is that fraud transatcions from specific countries are too high and thus considered to not be a risk worth taking for these processors. But there could also be legal reasons. For example, sanctions by the country where the processor is based against another country. Here’s a good example of where a USA based company got in trouble for violating those types of laws by accepting payments from Cuba/Iran/etc:
