Regarding your inquiry, I have reviewed your website and noticed that our plugin is not currently active. To resolve the issue, please activate the plugin and refer to our first FAQ for further guidance.
It’s worth noting that our plugin has been tested on the Woodmart theme which you are currently using, and it is functioning correctly. Therefore, it should work correctly on your website as well.

To enable the chart module, please navigate to the “Price History > Chart Settings” section and ensure that the “Enable” option is checked. Also, note that the “Minimum prices to display” field determines the minimum number of price changes required for the chart to be displayed. Therefore, you will need to make a few price changes by going to the edit product page.
It’s worth mentioning that if you are using a custom product layout, you must have the “Product meta” block active inside the template. You can choose not to show SKU, categories or tags if you don’t want to, but that block is mandatory for chart display.
For standard and default single product layout, the “Product meta” block is included by default.
