Kindly note, WPS Hide login changes the login URL and LoginPress goes to default login page in the customizer i.e. /wp-login.php, there it doesn’t find it hence you see the wp-admin dashboard instead of login page.
To resolve this, kindly temporarily deactivate the WPS Hide login when you want to do the customization of the login page and then reactivate it after you make your chnages.
P.S. This has nothing to do with the Version 3.0
