Valid url marked as invalid

We’re using the 301 redirects plugin to manage our redirects. One of the links we’re trying to use is being marked as an “invalid destination”, and the plugin refuses to make it the redirect destination. This is the link we’re using:

Is it too long or formatted incorrectly for the 301 redirects plugin?
