I have been using the Mailchimp mobile app on my mobile phone for a very long time. I had to login after installing the latest update. After entering the correct username and password, a screen appears where I have to enter the confirmation code sent to the e-mail address. However, the confirmation code message comes to my e-mail address after a very long time, sometimes it takes several hours. When I enter the confirmation code sent to my e-mail into the open waiting area on my mobile device, I get the message “That verification code didn’t work” and I am asked to send a new code. This cycle goes on forever.
I don’t understand how an app like Mailchimp can send such an important confirmation email so late. How do I solve this problem?
