Same here. Brought down the entire site.
Likewise – taken down multiple sites. Had to restore from backup.
Same error here as well. Site running php 7.4.33.
Jump onto FTP – rename Ninja Plugin folder
The you should have site back
Log in
Go back to FTP rename ninja folder back again
install ROLLBACK plugin
rollback Ninja plugin to 3.6.25 version
Activate
Switch OFF auto update!
all worked for me – just trawling through 100’s of sites to stop auto update before they all go down!

heard back from NF and its PHP 7+ related – they are working on a fix
& I agree as one site on PHP 8 upgraded with no issues
Can also confirm it’s PHP 7.x related. On PHP 8.x updates work fine.
Ninja Forms just released an update (3.6.27) which seems to fix the issue.
