I have a message in my WordPress dasboard to update to the new version of this plugin however it tells me I must update my PHP version first.
This is a problem because WordPress does not recognize the version of PHP that I have. When I contacted my host, which is Network Solutions, they have assured me that our website is operating on version 7.4. I don’t know why WordPress does not recognize this but it’s causing an issue as now I can not upgrade your plugin.
Can you look into this please?
