My template for single events built in Elementor works fine on my production site running TEC 5.16.4. I tested upgrading to version 6.0.1.1 on staging. The template no longer works regardless of the option selected in Events > Settings > Display > Events template. Within the template, no global $post variables are set, so I can’t use the title, the featured image, or any post meta. The post content is polluted with lots of junk, too. Interestingly, it looks fine in the Elementor editor. This means that TEC is doing something weird on the front end only.
This is easily reproducible on a clean installation with Hello.
