Hello, I have recently acquired a new hosting client and have their website set up in my Dreamhost account on a Shared Server. I noticed that the website has become insanely slow. Sometimes it takes 10 seconds or more to load up the homepage, and just as long to click around from page to page.
The website is also experiencing an SSL issue where the website appears as unsafe even though the SSL certificate is installed correctly for both the naked URL and the www subdomain.
I have troubleshooted for dozens of hours and cannot figure out what else to do aside from changing host providers completely in hopes that the issue will resolve, but that equates to me spending more money which I would rather not do.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix the SSL issue once and for all and speed up my website? I can provide any information to help diagnose the issue.
