I have had to resort to checking the option “use only if videos do not appear” but now that there is no sorting, it is not at all useful.
Tried clearing the cache, fresh install on a staging site from scratch, but there are numerous weekly recordings that don’t show up over the last several months of videos.
Is there ANYTHING else we can do to kick it back into working order?
