I have the same problem to the below issue:
When I’m in the plugin page of my wordpress multisite and I press details on a plugin, i get an chrome unhappy face and: hoogenboomconsultancy.com refused to connect.
when I inspect the calls made via the network in Chrome: I see there is a blocked:other happening on: ;
and I have a console error: Refused to display ‘https://hoogenboomconsultancy.com/’ in a frame because it set multiple ‘X-Frame-Options’ headers with conflicting values (‘DENY, SAMEORIGIN’). Falling back to ‘deny’.
This is a nearly empty wordpress multi site install, I have Duplicator Pro and Health Check & Troubleshooting plugins installed. No other security plugins.
I’m assuming it’s probably some rewrite logic or setting missing, but I’m pretty much at a loss understanding why, how, in which situation and to what the content in the .htaccess and different http and https configs.
