We understand your situation, and the only two suitable Shortcodes for your scenario are the “Room Details” and “Rooms Availability”.
We would actually recommend the first option (“Room Details”), because the other type of View (page) invites the guests to place a booking.
Please notice that in the Configuration page of Vik Booking you can disable the front-end booking system, and so this means that the Shortcode of type “Room Details” would only display the availability calendars without actually showing the booking form. At that point, you can enable the parameter “request information” for your room(s), so that guests could also send contact requests from the “Room Details” page.
