Hello,
I am trying to use visitors blacklist options under fraud menu. However, it seems like this feature is not working for me.
Also, the instruction says visitor ID or IP Address, is it asking to enter user ID, name or email address when it says visitors ID? I have entered all three information in a new line just to be safe. However, the user is still able to submit application for referral.
