this feature is available only in the commercial version of the plugin.
For any issue concerning the premium version of the plugin, please, write to our support service at yithemes.com/my-account, otherwise it could be misleading for other users here on projectdmc.org. Don’t worry, our support developers will certainly help you solve the issue you are experiencing.
Understood, I failed to notice that it’s a commercial version feature. I’m currently using the free plugin.
Purely as a side note, perhaps a UX topic – many developers include paid features as “disabled” options in free plugins so it’s easier for end users to understand what’s going on – in my case WC email related options just disappeared so I got a feeling that WC emails are not available overall when Gravity Forms form is used.
