i’ve a clean, fresh installation wc installation (wc 8.4.0) on wp 6.4.2 (php 8.2.11) and get a white screen when choosing wc > home/ setup. memory exhaustion shouldn’t be an issue with 512MB mem allocated. wc is the only plugin being active.
I tried going through the setup wizard and I don’t see any logs in Query Monitor about a memory shortage.
Could you please attach a copy of your site’s System Status report? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please paste it here in your reply or via a text-sharing service like https://gist.github.com/.
It would greatly help if you could also provide a few screenshots for reference.

the cause for the white screen was found located outside of the wp installation on my webserver where an erroneous .htaccess one level up with a directive routing the path */admin/data to 404, which by chance affects the /root/my_wp_installation/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/client/admin/data/index.js which was identified as missing and causing the unfinished loading of the wc setup wizard (the page was mostly loaded, but stayed invisible).
