Theme: TwentyTwentyThree
I’m not able to set the thumbnail image of my products in the SHOP page. The product images needed are rather tall (980x1889px). At the moment they’re cropping to the 300px wide variant.
I’m using the latest WordPress block editor (which seems to be quite usable now!) and the TwentyTwentyThree theme.
There is NO Appearance>Customise>Woocomerce>Product images menu with the block editor.
I’ve tried setting the image sizes in Settings>Media (all of them!)
Rebuilding the shop images in Status>Tools has no effect.
Oddly, the thumbnails were correct when I started populating the products, then it started using cropped versions.
The block editor on the shop page template (Appearance>Editor>templates>Product Catalogue) uses the Woocommerce Product Grid Block. Attempting to try the new beta product viewer still yields the same cropped images. I see NO other settings in the entire system which will allow me to set the image thumbnail sizes when using Block Editor.
The full, proper product image IS shown on the single product page.
HELP! I don’t want to resort to any code mods (CSS won’t fix this as it’s selecting the cropped version of the image) as I’m sure that this should be possible with the standard WC core and WP block editor.
