Not sure if we won or not yet. $1.1 million CAD was the budget but we bid way below that. Reputable organization with many public projects, no reason to think its not legit. Included migration, redesign, and 5yrs of managed hosting.
Wondering if others are seeing projects like this listed publically? If so where and are there requirements for submitting a bid?

There are many 7-figure WordPress projects up for grabs any given quarter globally. Infrastructure costs alone can soak a 5-yr managed services budget.
You bid way below and you’re now asking for requirements for submitting a bid?
