I am building a website for my new web agency. My only challenge is that I don’t have personal projects for my portfolio.
The projects I can boast of are those I did for the agency I am currently working for.
Will not having a project portfolio make my website less attractive?

It’s probably not smart to use projects made by you when you worked for your former company. You could ask them if you are allowed to showcase the ones you worked on tho.
Use free site templates and deploy like 20 different subdomains each with a different template. Should take just a few hours.
If this was me, I would make a basic agency site that lists some services and say portfolio coming. Then make a personal portfolio that you show to prospective clients with work you’ve done at other agencies, just say you’re so busy you haven’t had time to make the agency site yet.
