Website appear as blank/default in google page

So I already try Vanilla, and then Yoast, and then All in One SEO. And my website preview in google page should have logo and proper meta description.

But when I google it, it shows blank logo and “lorem ipsum dolor amet..” as meta description and overall made it looks like blank website. What to do?
