I’m trying to help a friend with their site and it’s all gone wrong. I am a WordPress noob, and this has escalated rather quickly. This is everything I know:
I was originally just tasked with finding a couple of outdated logos within the site and deleting them. I couldn’t find anything anywhere within the WordPress portal or within the theme editor. They were in a side bar of sorts.
I wondered if one of his plug ins was responsible, but he couldn’t remember as this was made 10+ years ago.

1. I updated the WP LESS plug in in the hopes that I’d be able to interact with the logos in some way, and got the white screen critical error page.
2. Now, I can roll back this plug in and get the site to work, but all of the styling has been lost.
3. The theme is a custom built one (non-wordpress.org).
4. The PHP is very out of date.
Am I right in thinking that he might’ve created all his styling with that plug in? Am I screwed?
