@aislingrichmond This indicates your webspace run full and its not big enough to hold a full clone of your website.
As a quick fix login to your website via FTP. Then delete the folder name that is the same as the name of the staging site you created.
This is the folder that contains the staging website. Deleting it will bring back your entire website.

Hi Rene, thanks so much for your quick reply. Can you please explain what FTP is? (I’m a novice). When I try to login to my WordPress admin account, it takes me to a page saying ” 503 service unavailable”?
