Website down, high mariadb CPU usage, having trouble debugging.

Having issues with my bitnami wordpress multisite install hosted on lightsail (2vcpu, 8GB, 160GB).
Everything's been working fine until yesterday where all my sites services crash. A reboot fixed it temporarily. (until I could take it a good look at it this morning)

I noticed CPU would spike mariadb using all CPU. My instance would run out of burstable capacity and slow down significantly.

I already tried disabling wp-cron and restarting all services

I'm familiar with SQL, but not necessarily wordpress's schema. Reboots no longer temporarily fix the issue.

Someone mentioned newrelic, but can't really discern what's normal and what isn't.
